Refund Policy
At Groundmark Commercial Equipment, we stand behind the engineering excellence and durability of our power equipment. We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and a comprehensive 3-Year Limited Factory Warranty on all inverter generators.
1. 30-Day Return Window
If you are not fully satisfied with your equipment, you may initiate a return within 30 calendar days from the recorded freight delivery date. To be eligible for a full refund, the generator must be in new, un-fueled, un-run condition in its original heavy-duty crate and packaging with all factory accessories, cables, manuals, and toolkits intact.
2. Hazardous Materials & DOT Regulations (Critical)
IMPORTANT: In accordance with United States Department of Transportation (DOT) and federal hazardous materials regulations, any generator that has been filled with gasoline or oil cannot be transported by commercial carriers until all liquid fuels and crankcase oils are completely drained. Our support technicians will guide you through the mandatory purging protocol before providing a return authorization freight bill.
3. Freight Return Process
To request a return authorization:
- Email our support team at support@groundmark.us with your original order number and serial number tag.
- Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and dispatch a scheduled freight pickup with liftgate service.
- Upon arrival at our California technical depot, our certified technicians inspect the unit within 3 business days.
4. Refund Issuance
Approved refunds are credited directly back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay) within 3–5 business days following technical inspection.
5. Damaged in Transit (Carrier Freight Claims)
If the delivery crate arrives with visible freight damage, please note "DAMAGED FREIGHT" on the carrier delivery receipt before signing and contact us within 48 hours at support@groundmark.us. We will immediately dispatch an advance replacement unit at zero cost to you.
6. 3-Year Limited Warranty Coverage
Beyond the initial 30-day return window, your equipment is protected by our 3-Year Factory Warranty:
- Year 1: Full 100% coverage on all parts, electrical inverter modules, and authorized labor.
- Year 2: 100% coverage on engine components, alternator, stator, and rotor parts.
- Year 3: Major engine block and powertrain components coverage.
